New Marpol Garbage Pollution Regulations wef 01/01/2013
Hopefully and finally the changes that close the gaps: We have clear instructions on cargo residues, deck dust and wash. The updated table posted at IMO website and known to us due to the UK P&I's bulletin propagation system is right there below.
